About Mr Anoop Rehal
Mr Anoop Rehal is a consultant in obstetrics and fetal medicine at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust where he has worked full-time since 2020. He also works at the Midlands Ultrasound and Medical Services (MUMS), which is a specialist consultant-led medical practice in Solihull.
He has special interests in the following areas:
- High-risk obstetrics
- Multiple pregnancy
- Medical disorders in pregnancy
Mr Rehal gained his MB BS in 2008 from Imperial College London. He then earned a postgraduate certificate in clinical leadership from the University of Leicester in 2010. In 2015, he gained membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. He subsequently obtained a research fellowship at the Harris Birthright Research Centre for Fetal Medicine at Kings College Hospital, under the supervision of Professor Kypros Nicolaides. Following that, he received dual sub-specialist certification from Kings College Hospital in both Obstetrics and Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
He is currently the lead consultant for the labour ward at Heartlands Hospital, where he provides obstetric care for both low and high-risk pregnancies. In addition, he is the lead clinician for multiple pregnancy.

We have the pleasure now to be parents to a very beautiful daughter we thank to Dr Anoop and his team. We did it through his private delivery package that has been brilliant from the early month of the pregnancy till 5 weeks post delivery. We have been supported in everything we came across during this journey regardless of the time of the day and day of the week. I highly recommended Anoop and his team for whoever is looking for a private delivery.
