On September 24, I visited Prime Medical Center several times, especially to see Dr. Vishal. My story and my whole experience at Prime Medical has been the best I have ever had in my life. I was truly surprised that Dr. Vishal is still the same as before. He is very friendly, humble, and extremely good at what he does. He carefully diagnosed my issue with my ears. I was really amazed by his expertise and kindness. When he removed the wax from my ears, I felt so much relief. His work was done smoothly and without any pain. I also want to mention the nurse who assisted me. She was very active, quick, and professional. In just two minutes, she had already finished checking my vital signs. She really amazed me with her efficiency. I believe she is Filipino, and I want to say thank you for her kindness. She always kept a smile while assisting me. I EXPERIENCED A LONG WAITING TIME TO GET THE MEDICINE FROM THE PHARMACY. THIS DELAY WAS NOT DUE TO THE STAFF, BUT MAINLY BECAUSE OF THE TIME TAKEN FOR INSURANCE APPROVAL. THE INSURANCE COMPANIES OFTEN REJECT THE MEDICINE WITHOUT PROVIDING PROPER INFORMATION OR EDUCATION ABOUT THE DISEASE. AS A RESULT, PATIENTS ARE LEFT WAITING FOR APPROVAL AND HAVE TO SPEND MULITPLE REMINDER EMAILS. I REQUEST THAT THIS PROCESS BE IMPROVED AND NECESSARY STEPS TAKEN TO REDUCE SUCH DELAYS FROM YOUR SIDE. OTHER THAN THIS ISSUE I AM ALWAYS HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE.

The doctor changed the appointment in system to the eye doctor Thanks to Doctor Abin As my son had issue with the eye But from billing counter they charged us for seeing Dr Abin too. So we paid for 2 consultation yesterday. We think only for eye doctor we had to pay but the bill was charged for both the Doctors. We are regularly Visiting prime.
