We had our 13 week antenatal scan with Dr. Davide Casagrandi, he was very pleasant and gentle in his approach and during the scan. He was very thorough, took his time to explain everything that was going on and was very reassuring. The setup was very neat and clean. Very happy with how our appointment went. Will definitely be coming back for all our other antenatal scans.

Overall not a good experience for a general paediatric appointment, to see guidance for neurodevelopment advice.

Clean professional service. Slight wait for my appointment but Dr Poonam apologised for this. Extremely caring and attentive , encountered some problems with my scan but she tried everything to ensure it could be done. Then further problems encountered and she was very caring and made sure I was ok whilst updating me on the procedure.

Very efficient, fantastic service while we waited (really good hot chocolate/coffee machine), professional and friendly scan at 10 weeks pregnant with all our questions answered

All staff friendly. Dr Rajan clearly understands how vulnerable women feel at antenatal appointments/scans and explained what she was doing and why throughout appointment. Her assistant also had a lovely manner explaining what was going on, what was being viewed/tested and generally putting us at ease. I hope to return for another wellness scan in future for my peace of mind.
