Dr. Tomasz was absolutely fantastic and offered me the best possible experience during this tough process of egg freezing - from being very thoughtful in guiding me through all the explanations, to the most professional scans and calculations to ensure my process was optimal - they managed to extract the maximum number of eggs (above benchmarks for my age). Incredibly grateful and strongly recommended!

My husband and I decided late in life to have a baby. Due to my age, we turned to IVF under the care and guidance of Dr Tomasz. He was realistic with our prospects and discussed in detail the various options. We felt informed about the approach he recommended and we now have a baby boy. Dr Tomasz and his team were all lovely compassionate people. It’s clear Dr Tomasz really cares for his patients and invests a lot in doing the best he can for them.

The best experience so far. I had spoken to another fertility clinic and felt it was rushed and not personal. Dr Lukaszewski was informative, practical and kind!

My egg freezing journey with Dr Lukaszewski was the most incredible medical experience I’ve ever had. Dr Tom was such a huge part of ensuring our experience with IVI was amazing. His kind, thoughtful and ability to explain carefully and calmly how things worked, reassure us but also provide context was incredible. We felt safe, heard and as though we understood all of our options in detail.

For example, he personally reached out to us after hours on a Friday to ensure we had timely guidance on urgent bloodwork and next steps. Dr. Tom also connected us with counsellors when additional support was needed. He is not only highly knowledgeable and reliable but also compassionate, making a difficult process feel more manageable.

I think Dr Lukaszewski explained very well the treatment and steps to follow. Overall experience has been very good.

Dr Tomasz has always been a professional and provided clear advice to us. We first experienced Dr Tomasz a few years an ago and successfully had a baby girl. Him and his team enabled what could be a difficult process to be seamless. We returned back to the clinic for this reason again to try for a second baby.
