Dr Paul was brilliant he listened to our concerns from my husband's original findings of Haemophilus bacteria in 2019 and the fact that had the original consultant back then had followed up with the suggestion of hospitalizations for intravenous antibiotics then maybe the colonisation could have been prevented. Sadly the consultant left before this was agreed so didn't take place. I liked how he didn't try to fob us of and agreed to check with microbiology if there is anything new my husband could take. A very nice man he listened and understood our frustration and explained everything over my concerns that Haemophilus maybe contagious to me or our grandchildren. I would rate him a 5 star.

Lovely staff, no waiting.. Dr Paul was exceptional. Very caring and thorough, and explained everything, and I left feeling relieved there was nothing seriously wrong. He is making a further appointment at Chorley for a breath test and see me in 4 months. Excellent service and a lovely personable consultant. Thank you!
