Dr Sharmila Khopade is a General Dentist with a special interest in gum care and gum surgeries, with over 8 years of experience in conducting dental procedures. She completed post-graduate studies at Nair Hospital Dental College, India, finishing with a top-ranking and a merit certificate

Dr Khopade the author of "Obesity: A modifier for periodontal tissue healing in postmenopausal women". She has also presented regionally, nationally and internationally on a range of Periodontal therapy-related topics, publishing papers in several peer-reviewed dental journals. She is actively involved in various research projects having many research articles to her credit.
