About Dr Pippa Corrie

Dr. Pippa Corrie qualified in medicine at Oxford University, having already undertaken a PhD in anticancer drug development. She undertook specialist training in Medical Oncology in Birmingham before being appointed as Consultant at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (Addenbrooke's Hospital) in 1996 and subsequently Associate Lecturer at the University of Cambridge. Dr Corrie directed the chemotherapy service at Addenbrooke's Hospital until 2014 and then focused her interests in leading clinical research.

In addition to her clinical work, she is NIHR Lead for Cancer Late Phase and International Trials and CRN Eastern Cancer Specialty Lead. Dr Corrie chaired the NCRI Skin Cancer Clinical Studies Group from 2012-2017 and is a member of the NCRI pancreatic cancer studies subgroup. Dr Corrie has published considerable research. She is the chief investigator of multiple academic and industry-sponsored national and international trials.

Dr. Corrie specialises in pancreaticobilary cancers and cancers of the skin. Her combined expertise in practice and research makes her extremely knowledgable in her field and she provides excellent outcomes for her patients.
