Steven explained the whole procedure in detail, in as much as he made me fell very comfortable in what was going to happen.

Mr Naylor recently operated on cataracts on both eyes, and my vision is now much better. At all times, he has been friendly, approachable and professional. He explains everything clearly including procedures and the risks of having surgery in a way that gives me confidence in him, whilst understanding what can go wrong, without causing fear. I have been very impressed with the whole system at Spire Hesslewood, and would highly recommend both Mr Naylor and the whole team there.

Steven was really personable and put me at ease. He understood the impact my cateracts were having on my life and moved promptly to resolve. This included consideration of different eye lenses to ensure they most suited my lifestyle. Couldn’t recommend him more.

Mr Naylor was extremely professional and friendly. He took his time to explain at every stage what he was doing, and demonstrated using a model to ensure I fully understood what he was telling me. I wasn't nervous about my consultation but I image he would calm anyone's nerves if they were, as he was so relaxed and easy going, at the same time as getting the job done efficiently.

I have absolutely no retrospective issues whatsoever in choosing Mr Naylor for my surgery. He is very patient centred and was at pains to explain what lay ahead in the fullest details, answered freely my few questions and certainly inspired my confidence in him in the knowledge and reassurance he provided pre-op. With regard to the procedure itself; Mr Naylor remained in communication with me during the surgery and explained what was happening step by step and I very much appreciated this process which also made one settled and comfortable with what was taking place. Post-op Mr Naylor was very quickly back to my room to see how I was and to explain the process going forward, reminding me of things to do and things to avoid even though he had provided this in writing previously. In summary I must say that Mr Naylor’s care, professionalism and ability to keep me in the loop as it were was superlative as was his professional services. As I write this I am one week post procedure and I am absolutely overwhelmed at the positive and life changing difference that Mr Naylor has achieved. I have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in commending him to anyone requiring similar surgery as they will be in the safest of professional and utterly caring hands.
