Cannot recommend highly enough. I have had two cataract procedures which resulted with 20/20 vision in both eyes. So patient, kind and professional. Absolutely fantastic experience

I am a retired GP, very shortsighted and with high astigmatism. Mr Wearne used RayOne EMV Toric lenses and I am amazed and delighted to find I have perfect distance and near vision , not needing to wear any glasses from now on.

I am probably the most anxious patient especially anything to do with eyes. Mr Warner showed great empathy and patience throughout. I will highly recommend him. All the staff were excellent and kind.

I'm a retired nurse who came out of retirement to assist with the Covid vaccination programme and I am still doing that, however, now without spectacles. In March I had a cataract removed from my left eye and a toric trifocal IOL inserted. In April I had a cataract removed from my right eye and a trifocal IOL inserted. The whole procedure went smoothly and I am extremely pleased with the result.

I have just had my follow up appt after a cataract operation with Mr Wearne and am delighted to say that my distance vision is now almost 20.20. I had a Rayner EMV toric lens inserted, as advised by Mr Wearne, as I had an astygmatism. I was extremely nervous at the thought of this operation as I have very little vision in my other eye. Mr Wearne talked me through the procedure and was at all times extremely patient, thorough and understanding. The operation was extremely successful and I am delighted with the result. I can now see where my golf ball goes but unfortunately I can also see all the dust in my house!! I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Wearne to anyone considering cataract surgery. He is a true professional.

Mr Wearne was very reassuring he explained everything and put me at ease. I have a problem where I cannot lie flat and I was referred to a different ophthalmologist who said if I cannot lie flat they could not do the operation. Mr Wearne and his team went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The whole team was very kind and I highly recommend Mr Wearne and would not hesitate if I had to have my other eye done. Thank you

From my initial consultation to my post op appointment I received absolutely first class treatment from Mr Wearne and his team. Mr Wearne is a consummate professional with a very likeable approach ~ who I would highly recommend. Having been extremely short sighted for 40 years the outcome of my two cataract ops (performed two weeks apart) has been totally life changing! I no longer need to wear glasses or contact lenses and have excellent unaided distance vision ! Thank you Mr Wearne

This was a minor miracle. After 50 years of being shortsighted I could throw away my glasses after I had a Trifocal lens after cataract removal. The procedure was quick and painless and I found Mr Wearn and his staff reassuring and professional.
