Spends time with you explaining everything and the possible way forward and any options. Professional, friendly and helpful.

The whole experience was as good as I’ve ever had before, it is not the first time I’ve had this operation but always on the nhs in the past. Their waiting times (15 months this time for me) makes them a pointless option going forward as the improvement after surgery is life changing xxx

His product knowledge of my symptoms were spot on. After some “unusual position” exercises in his office the problem has gone.

My examination was conducted professionally. The examination was extensive to meet the requirement for a supported diagnosis to be made. Various options for ongoing treatment were given, with the pros and cons explained clearly. A way forward has been agreed which meets my requirements.
