Had a great experience. Felt at ease as soon as I arrived at the hospital and during my investigations and meeting. Would highly recommend this consultant.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Tasha Gandamihardja. She and her entire staff are absolutely wonderful. Going for a mammogram is a very sensitive and often stressful appointment, but Dr. Gandamihardja and her team made me feel completely at ease. The technician who performed the mammogram was especially amazing, so kind, gentle, and professional. From start to finish, everyone was fantastic. Highly recommend.

I was having concerns about the possible causes of my breast pain. I rang BUPA and the representative recommended the Onestop clinic. An appointment was available in a few days where, In under 2 hours I went from anxiety to reassurance. The process began with a conversation with Tasha, a consultant surgeon, about history and symptoms; that was followed by a mammogram - 4 images; then a bilateral ultrasound examination; finishing with an analysis by Tasha. At all stages I was guided between rooms and treatments and given immediate feedback, where possible. I was fortunate with my outcome and given a clear explanation of findings and likely cause. Tasha was professional but very approachable - the whole experience was easy to cope with.

When you're beyond worried about anything medical, you hope to be seen and assessed quickly, in order that (hopefully) you can get the information you need quickly to allay any further anxiety, or set off on next steps as quickly as possible. Miss Gandamihardja was thorough - I had both a mammogram and breast scan in the same afternoon as my appointment with her and a follow-up to confirm findings. I'm hugely thankful for the swift process I experienced - after a full week of worry, it was golden to be able to leave the hospital knowing there was nothing to worry about.

This was my first experience with private medical care, and it was fast, efficient and kind. Tasha specifically was very warm and clear. The nurses even more so!
