Mr Mike Naylor

Mr. Mike Naylor is a Leading health & performance nutritionist with over 15 years experience in Elite sport. Alongside his role at Marylebone Health, he is also Head of Nutrition for the English Institute of Sport where, with his team of nutritional specialists, he provides expertise to 20 of Team GB's Olympic and Paralympic sports.

Mike graduated with a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science in 2006, followed by an MSc in Sport and Exercise Science (Nutrition) before completing the IOC Diploma in Sports Nutrition and embarking upon his career in both pro sport and private practice. Mike is also on the register of Sport and Exercise Nutritionists (SENr).

Throughout his career, Mike has provided nutrition support to many teams and individuals. This includes working closely with England rugby for over 7 years, notably including the 2014 World cup winning women's team and with the senior men's team in the lead up to the World Cup in Japan. Mike also has a strong background in football having worked with both Premier League clubs and the England Football team; giving him expertise in elite sports nutrition as well as general sports nutrition.

Mike's passion lies within working with individuals on clear, achievable plans and assisting in the behavioural change needed around food and environment to ensure success, and ensuring this is tailored to the individual.
