Following this, she received extensive training in the United Kingdom, including an Oculoplastics, Orbital, and Lacrimal fellowship at the renowned Moorfields Eye Hospital. She also completed a fellowship at the multidisciplinary craniofacial unit at Chelsea & Westminster Hospital, where she gained expertise in managing complex skin cancer reconstruction, thyroid eye disease, and periocular trauma. Between 2014 and 2016, she worked in the Adnexal section at Moorfields Eye Hospital.
Miss Garcia also has an interest in medical education and regularly runs surgical cadaver dissection classes, wet labs, and simulation.

Miss Vilaro is an amazing doctor and I will say that she is very educated in her field. Her mannerisms make a person calm and collected. She takes the time to explain the full information and does not make one feel uncomfortable in any way shape or form. During the operation she was very caring ensuring that I was not in any discomfort or distress at any point of my visit. This is the second time I have had the pleasure of meeting her and the reason for me returning was 100% down to how I was made to feel the first time I ever had met Miss Vilaro. I would highly recommend her to all.
