Mr Joy Narayan Khastgir

Mr Khastgir is a Consultant Urological Surgeon and an expert in all areas of general urology. They have a subspecialty interest in minimally invasive surgery for benign and malignant urological conditions. Mr Khastgir is an accredited robotic surgeon and performs robotic surgery for prostate and bladder cancer.

They are actively involved in research and currently hold the position of Honorary Senior Lecturer at Swansea University. Mr Khastgir is committed to teaching and training, and is an Educational Supervisor and College Tutor for Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW).

Mr Khastgir qualified from the University of Calcutta in 1989. They undertook specialist urological training in the UK and obtained their surgical fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons (England) in 2001. They are on the specialist register for Urology and are a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (Urology).
