We can not express our gratitude towards Dr Tom for the appointment today, we have been very in limbo for over 18 months from an emergency admission to ICU and then emergency surgery at Sheffield, our care has been transferred to Dr Tom and today he spent well over our allocated appointment time to go over everything. He took his time explaining, used visual aids of the echos that were taken to explain what happened and how it was corrected, he answered every question without hast showing excellent patient care and management. There was nothing too much trouble for him to help us with and was very interested in how our family as a whole is doing now showed care and compassion to our situation previous and gave us very positive outlook for the future.
