I was so grateful for Dr Bora and her approach. Dr Bora listened carefully to me and was able to offer me a small procedure straight away without having to make another appointment. I was made to feel listened to, very comfortable, informed and confident with the procedure. The procedure was performed carefully with skill to ensure it went well. An urgent visit to the hospital to review some worrying symptoms. Dr Bora was very sympathetic and kind, concerned she listened well and considered my urgency and did her best to do everything in her capacity to move the investigation forward as much and as fast as possible. Gentle and skilful with the examination and the on the spot procedure. She followed the visit with a call. Luckily she had a good news for me. I also have to thank the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital for the fast test results which were sent to me on Sunday evening. Big thanks to the whole team.
