About Dr Paul Sheridan
Dr. Paul Sheridan is a Consultant Cardiologist with many years of experience in the treatment and management of acute and chronic heart conditions including heart rhythm disorders, syncope, heart failure, and coronary heart disease. Dr. Sheridan sees private patients at the Clement Private Hospital.
Dr. Sheridan earned his medical qualification at the University of Sheffield, after which he undertook his specialist training at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals and Royal London Hospitals. During this time, he gained knowledge and expertise in Invasive Cardiac Electrophysiology while undertaking a fellowship at the Freeman Hospital in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Upon completion of his fellowship, he was appointed Consultant in 2008 and later began his private practice in 2014.
Since beginning his practice, Dr. Sheridan has provided his patients with individualised and tailored treatment plans. This includes a detailed assessment of symptoms, an investigation plan to make a diagnosis, and a detailed explanation of the diagnosis and a discussion about further steps for treatment. Dr. Sheridan is also actively involved in the medical education of junior doctors, as he partakes in their educational supervision and training.
