Miss Frangouli’s medical advise assisted me greatly during an emergency where my left eyelid swelling which began to impact slightly on my vision. The excellent level of care and her expertise she provided, checking in, even during a busy hospital surgery schedule out of hours and advising what to do led to my quick recovery.

A fabulous experience from start to finish and I have nothing but praise for Miss Frangouli and her work. Miss Frangouli responded quickly to all of my many mails with questions and concerns, was open and transparent with written answers, as well as during our in-person consultations. Treatment plan was clearly articulated to me, so I always knew what was happening next, when and where. Surgery: I did not feel a thing during the procedure itself, not even the local anaesthetic. Miss Frangouli also regularly spoke to me and updated me as treatment progressed, which was both reassuring and comforting. Staff at the operating theatre and ward were polite and efficient, there was a general feel of good team work. The post-op result was simply stunning, the clarity of vision after the cataract removal was outstanding, I still marvel about it every day, a month on. I am extremely satisfied with the result and very thankful to Miss Frangouli for the overall experience.
