Dr Martin Lowe

Dr Lowe is a consummate communicator who is willing to spend the time to answer all questions in a most efficient and clear manner. Both he and his friendly PA, Helen were at pains to make my procedure as timely and efficient as possible. He visited me after the procedure to explain what he had found and how he had dealt with it, and his clear and fulsome procedure report was in my inbox early the same evening. Dr Lowe has great experience in his field and I have no doubt of his competence and expertise.

This concerned the case for my having an ablatement operation, to address my irregular heartbeat and flutter. Obviously, this is a worrying business. However, Dr Lowe explained all aspects, clearly and calmly, leaving me well positioned to take my decision, which was to proceed. On the day, Dr Lowe saw me before the operation; checked that I was still minded to go ahead; and left me calm and able to face the matter appropriately.

My experience was amazing, Dr Lowe and all of his staff were super amazing, would 100% trust everyone again. He was very reassuring and put me at ease despite my slight nervousness. He explained everything in such a way that I knew what was going to happen, and in a way that i understood. I am now back to school fit and healthy, doing what I enjoy, and taking part in all of my sports. I have had no more problems with me SVT, so hopefully everything is normal. Fynn, age 13

First class, reliable expertise coupled with clear sympathetic and supportive clinical and personal explanations. He has looked after me for 12 years. As an eminently decorated emeritus Professor and Head of Medicine at a major London teaching hospital, I rate him as a model physician.

Dr Lowe is an incredible doctor! I found it very easy and comfortable to speak with him about my concerns. He is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and professional which gave me a huge amount of confidence in him. I highly recommend using him.

Dr Lowe has been absolutely fantastic all way through my treatment with him, patient and understanding, and he is great at answering all my questions in terms I can understand, always has a plan to go forward if one treatment doesn’t quite have the results we wish. I had an AF ablation procedure performed at the Harley Street Clinic, performed by Dr Lowe. Dr Lowe clearly outlined what the procedure involved and ensured that I understood all aspects of the operation. I was so grateful that everybody was so kind and considerate, even when lying in the operating theatre and everybody reiterated that safety was their prime focus. I seem to remember that he said "We've got you" as I was going under! Net result, I was back home 6 hours later and appear not to have AF anymore. Job done well. Thank you
