Ms. Abha Gupta is an experienced consultant ophthalmologist based at the prestigious Manchester Royal Eye Hospital. She began her medical school education at Manchester Medical School, where she also gained an intercalated BSc (Hons) in Neuroscience. Her specialist ophthalmology training took place at the prestigious Manchester Royal Eye Hospital and Princess Alexandra Eye Pavilion in Edinburgh, with additional experience in the Leeds rotation. Whilst have any surgery on your eye is worrying. Mrs Gupta walked me through the operation and was amazing whilst performing the surgery. Always keeping me at the centre of what was happening.

Second eye cataract now done and everything went very well. Mrs gupta explained everything and the surgury was painless. I can now see perfectly well again and I am very grateful for such a trouble free journey through the whole process.

I had developed a Chalazion on the lower lid of my right eye and on a routine visit (May 22nd) to Dr Guptas' eye clinic for an injection, Dr Gupta told me the infection must be cleared before it was safe to proceed with my injection, and prescribed a course of antibiotic eye drops. Dr Gupta performed the procedure for me with an incision and curettage of my right lower lid chalazion on May 28th very successfully, as a day patient at Regency Eye hospital. It all went very smoothly. Her assistant, Alex, explained how to keep the eye clean after this procedure and it has healed well.

First evening after surgury today and I am feeling fine and in no pain at all everything went well and all very proffesional
