Operated on a problem which had been troubling me for an extended period. He did his best to speed up the process as much as possible, remained clear in his communication and executed the surgery with little pain in the immediate recovery.

Mr Payne took time to explain the procedures he was to carry out in detail. He also gave sound advice for post op recovery and for moving forward to help stop any further reoccurrence of my medical issues. He was happy to answer any questions I had regarding my treatment, and overall I feel I had a positive experience throughout .

I attended initially for a consultation with Mr Paine concerning my left inguinal hernia. After a full examination Mr Payne described fully the procedure required rectify the problem and I agreed to undergo an open surgery with him to address the problem. This was carried out exactly three weeks later at Kings Park Hospital Stirling as a day procedure. Everything went very well and I was allowed home the same day . The medical service that I received was excellent from Mr Payne and the rest of the staff both medical and nursing as well as housekeeping - it was first class.

Christopher thoroughly explained everything around my procedure and post procedure, ensuring I fully understood and gave me confidence to contact him later if I had any further concerns

Good experience from initial consultation with Chris and the follow up post op 3 months later. The procedure and to what to expect in the recovery period explained thoroughly, with the option to contact him personally with any questions / concerns. The procedure itself was performed in a nice environment with pleasant and helpful staff. Good experience under the circumstances - i cannot see any room for improvement whatsoever.
