Dr Gaglia has a very assuring approach and has an excellent ability to assimilate a diverse range of data and patient information into a clear diagnosis and action plan. Dr Gaglia’s breath and depth of knowledge and ability to listen to concerns and uncertainties with empathy and good humour is really appreciated. The mark of a great consultant is all about feeling better leaving the room better than when you went in and Asimina does that perfectly and with great humour.

First time having a treatment in stepping hill, I was very nervous due to my bad experience in other hospitals, but the nurse and Dr Asimina was great they made me feel at ease and ensured that I would be looked after and that I was. I had a colonoscopy and the whole experience was comfortable for start to end. I will say tho as I was still a little high from sedation and gas and air I didn't quite understand the report from the results at the end what they was trying to explain. I had to call up and ask what certain things meant. But overall, great experience thank you so much.

I had been experiencing reflux for a long time and I was very anxious about having to do a gastroscopy. However, the procedure went very well as I was well sedated and didn’t feel a thing! She was very patient with me during my anxiety.
