I wasn't spoken to, I was spoken about, by Mr Vora and the dental assistant. I was advised on what steps to take whilst I was lying down with my head pointing downwards. I was asked why I hadn't come in for a check up sooner and I had to confirm that my appointments had been cancelled. I feel that my situation is due to gross negligence on the part of the practice and I am now enduring pain and the huge expense of this negligence.
