About Pure Sports Medicine - Moorgate

Since being founded from personal experience, Pure Sports Medicine has made it its mission to provide access to the same model of care received by elite athletes, where you have your very own team of world-class specialists delivering tailored treatment. They understand that everybody is unique and, therefore, need to be treated as such, but with the highest standards of care possible, not limited to performance alone.
Starting with a correct diagnosis, PSM's talented team will identify your problem and then solve it, cultivating an environment of collaboration by uniting leading experts in musculoskeletal medicine across our state-of-the-art clinics located across eight individual London clinics at St Paul’s, Chancery Lane, Moorgate, Bank, Canary Wharf, Kensington, Raynes Park and Roehampton, as well as a virtual clinic that is accessible anywhere in the in the world. The Moorgate clinic is located on Finsbury Square, just a five-minute walk from either Moorgate or Old Street tube stations.
Each clinic provides a range of specialised services including physiotherapy, osteopathy, podiatry, soft tissue therapy, strength and conditioning, diet and nurtition and pilates, as well as consultants in sports medicine, musculoskeletal health and rheumatology, and a range of specialist services such as women's health, men's health, and cardiac and cancer rehab. Taking a holistic approach to wellbeing, the team considers not only the symptoms but also the underlying factors contributing to overall health and performance.

This is about the online booking experience that pure sports medicine have. Terrible. Appointments show online that don’t exist. System allows you to book fake appointment takes off £0.01 multiple times, gives booking confirmed message then a second later gives booking failed error message. Seems like a scam.
We are very sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience with our online booking system. We strive to deliver the best possible experience to our patients, thus making everything as smooth and comfortable as possible before, during and after your appointment with us. On this occasion it appears as though we have failed and want to assure you that we are investigating this internally to ensure that we have done everything possible to avoid the issue occurring again. To reassure you, the charge of £0.01 is taken by our payment provider to authorise your card for payment. This is then returned to you once your card has been verified. This can take up to seven days as shown at the stage of entering your card details. Technical issues can happen when booking online for a variety of reasons such as connectivity. If this occurs during the booking process please rest assured that no other payment is taken from your card other than the £0.01 verification charge, and this will be returned to you in the same way, within no later than seven days. In the vast majority of cases this payment is returned much sooner. Should you wish to discuss this further, or have any further concerns, please email us at booking@puresportsmed.com.

Lauren Peacock is an exceptional hand Physio. I had an overuse wrist injury for 9 months and made very little progress even with steroid injection. However after seeing Lauren for just 3 months my wrist is almost fully recovered. She’s professional, knowledgeable and kind. She always makes sure that I feel heard, and most importantly she gives me the confidence and hope that I will be able to recover and have a normal life again. I highly recommend Lauren if you are struggling with a stubborn wrist issue.

I visited Lauren six times in total to help me with a broken finger that required physio to regain mobility. The experience was the best it could have possibly been - Lauren helped me with practical exercises to get back to almost 100% mobility (which two doctors before told me would be highly unlikely) and also educated me on the medical aspects behind my injury. There is no other physio place I would go to after having had this superb experience, I cannot recommend the practice and Lauren highly enough!
