About Pride In Health
Pride In Health is an online, UK based trans led and community rooted service offering remote healthcare support for trans, non binary, and intersex adults aged eighteen and over.
We work under informed consent and harm reduction models, helping people connect with trusted UK registered healthcare professionals through a multidisciplinary team. Everything we do is shaped by the needs of our community and grounded in care that is flexible, accessible, and affirming.
We currently offer three main pathways:
Flexible Support is for those who want short term or one off care. This might include counselling, blood testing, hormone related advice, or formal letters, without needing to commit to long term treatment.
Prescribing Support offers structured access to hormone therapy, including clinical and psychological intake, blood monitoring, treatment planning, and prescribing through experienced UK registered clinicians.
Shared Care helps clients move their hormone care to their NHS GP after a period of stable private support, with continued input from the independent team working with Pride In Health.
All services are delivered remotely using a secure online system. Clients can manage their bookings, upload documentation, and receive prescriptions digitally in a way that keeps them in control of their care.

PrideinHealth has been affordable and thoughtful throughout the whole time. I have loved every interaction I have had with PrideinHealth; everyone has made me feel supported, heard and valued. Even when I had an issue with my GP via shared care, Prideinhealth team helped me navigate it via email and helped get me my prescription so I can finally start hormones and receive the care I need.

I mean it was nice, and definitly a good way of getting support - though sending me 9 emails seems a bit exessive, also you deadnamed me on every one of them. But the actual support was good
I really appreciate you being honest about your experience, and I'm So sorry to hear you had been deadnamed and the emails felt excessive. We’ll look at what went wrong here, I feel it may come from the use of legal names on prescriptions, which is a legal requirement, though we would love to understand more about your experience so we can do our best to prevent it happening in future. I am really pleased to here the remainder of the experience has been a positive one.

There were a few delays in getting my reports done but overall I had a great experience, the clinicians were all really helpful and friendly and I still got my prescription and diagnosis of gender dysphoria much faster than I would have through any other provider. Overall I would highly recommend Pride in Health!

Absolutely brilliant! In only 3.5 weeks I’ve registered, had all my initial appointments and received Testosterone ready to start taking it tomorrow morning! Amazing service and would 1000% recommend to anyone thinking or having to go private ♥️

Before I was under pride health I was under a different provider, all I can say is that pride In Health are easy to communicate with and they are doing a much better job with my care than my previous provider, infact there isn’t really any comparison.
That means a lot. It’s lovely to hear you’ve felt supported here, and I'm glad it’s made a difference.

I’m still in my earlier steps. So far I’ve had my intake appointment with Mylo Erin and I’ve never felt more comfortable in an appointment. Mylo has a great balance of keeping the appointment professional whilst also being relaxed and comfortable, I found it very easy to talk to him.
So nice to read this. Really glad Mylo helped you feel at ease, it’s not always easy starting out, so I'm happy the space felt relaxed and safe
