I had a wonderful experience at medneo for my MRI. The staff were so kind, reassuring, and professional, making me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and far less daunting than I expected. The environment was clean, calm, and welcoming, and everything was clearly explained to me step by step. I felt really well looked after throughout. Highly recommend medneo to anyone needing an MRI – they truly make a potentially stressful experience comfortable and positive

I recently had a scan with medneo. It has helped me get the answers to issues I have had for many years. I am so thankful to the team for their support on the day and their organising the appointment for the best possible outcome. A special thank you Margaret, Searina and Andry who were excellent! The staff were super friendly, they explained what the process was and were mindful of the fact I struggle with claustrophobia while having an MRI. The only downside was the appointment was running a little late. None of the cupboards locked (although the entrance door was locked). Leaving aside the minor niggles I was very happy with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff
