The whole experience from start to finish was first class. Waiting times for appointments were spot on ,Euxton hospital is very clean and the staff are excellent. I Cannot complain about anything to do with my knee replacement and the quality of care I received.

I found the hospital staff to be super helpful with my recovery and nerve before my procedure and the hospital itself to be nice and private in your own room with a bathroom

Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Any problems or queries were dealt with straight away. There was plenty of information given about my visit and what it would involve and if I needed anything I just had to ask.

Waiting time needs looking into
Thank you so much for your feedback. We always aim to see our patients on time in clinics, however there may be times when the clinic can run behind due to unforeseen circumstances such as the consultant giving bad news to a patient, spending more time with a vulnerable/anxious patient etc but we try to keep patients informed.
