Very good with friendly staff. The hospital is conveniently situated, with free parking.

Overall my recent visit was good. I did feel that the room I stayed in was in need of some updating as it felt very sparse and was not as comfortable as it could be

Absolutely amazing from beginning to end.

A short wait before seeing Mr Paviour, no more than 10 minutes. X ray undertaken then reviewed and treatment plan discussed. Excellent service from reception staff, Mr Paviour and X ray staff. Thank you.

Thoroughly delighted with whole process, staff and environment. All staff are extremely friendly, efficient and professional. Queries were dealt with promptly. Everywhere was always clean, bright and welcoming - just a shame I was in and out so quickly, my room was nicer than a lot of hotel rooms I've been in! Aftercare was excellent too from all involved. The whole process from initial consultation to operation, aftercare, and discharge was just 8 months.

The staff are all lovely at this place and the atmosphere is SO calm. A world away from the NHS experience. The only slight issue I had was that the room they put me in to await my surgery (really lovely with bathroom ensuite) was so cold as the heating wasn’t on (it was November). A nurse tried to put it on but it didn’t happen until my husband came to pick me up and did it straight away! I would recommend that it goes on the pre-admission checklist.

You cannot praise the hospital enough, from the friendly staff on reception, to the doctors on staff
