I had an unbelievable time during my stay . I didn’t expect it to be as life changing as I it has been , totally reshaped my outlook and understanding on a lot of aspects of life . And has given me the tools to continue the work I need to do on the outside to continue to grow.

My experience was great I don’t have anything bad to say I can’t thank the staff enough, I didn’t come here for drugs and alcohol I came here for paranoia and trauma and the way I’m feeling now is loads better

For me, excellent, a journey as you’d expect. A person centred rehab. I have several medical conditions that require individuality and ADHD that has its challenges… These were met with individuality and support. Each background, trauma, neurodiversity met with understudy. A rehab that is constantly learning and striving to better themselves as they learn from each client.

The rehab is amazing, the food, the staff, the rooms, everything was great and helped me navigate a very difficult and challenging situation in my life. Cos was an amazing therapist, as his experience and understanding of addiction, and what to do to stay clean will remain with me, hopefully ever this time.

My whole experience has been amazing, from the moment I entered I was welcomed by lovely, friendly staff who were there to support me through one of my darkest times. Made the whole process extremely easy and as stress free as possible and I immediately felt safe there. From the cleanliness of my room, to the food, to the support from staff and the therapists I honestly couldn’t have asked for any better!
