My appointment was late even though I arrived on time and the person that went in before me went in at my appointment time. I was only told it was late until after she went in. During my appointment I was tilted on the chair without warning. Left with the lights shining in my eyes whilst both dentist and nurse left the room to find more equipment. It was freezing. I could hear the receptionist continuously phoning patients on speaker phone and hearing their phone numbers read out on voicemails.

Lovely staff, very friendly & welcoming. Would 100% recommend. I'm a very nervous patient but the therapist made me feel at ease. She was very gentle with me and all treatment was pain free. Thank you ladies!
